Return Policy:

We honor a 30-day return policy, granting you a window of 30 days post receiving your item to initiate a return.

Return Eligibility:

For a product to be eligible for a return:

  • It must remain in the condition you received it: unused, unworn, with original tags attached.
  • The item must be in its initial packaging.
  • The receipt or a proof of purchase is mandatory.

Upon accepting your return request, we will provide a return shipping label along with detailed instructions. Any item shipped back without a prior return request will not be entertained.

Damages and Issues:

On receiving your order, inspect the items. In case of defects, damages, or receipt of an incorrect item, inform us immediately. We aim to address and rectify such issues promptly.

Exceptions/Non-returnable Items:

We do not entertain returns for:

  • Perishable items like food.
  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Personal care items.
  • Hazardous materials or flammable items.
  • Sale items or gift cards.

For an exchange, first return your product. Once accepted, you can make a separate order for your desired item.


After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the approval status of your refund. If it’s approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. It might take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and reflect the refund in your account. If 15 business days elapse post our approval without the refund reflecting, please reach out to our Customer Care Manager.
