Processing and Shipping Times:

1. Orders received on www.scienceologic.com are shipped within 24 hours from the time they are placed.
2. Prepaid orders are prioritized and dispatched ahead of others.
3. Our trusted third-party logistics partner, Shiprocket, manages all our deliveries.
4. All orders are expected to be delivered across India within 4 to 7 working days, depending on local shipping conditions and any unforeseen situations.
5. Delays may occur due to national holidays or other local events beyond our control.
6. We recommend users to actively check messages for timely delivery and shipping updates.

Payment and Shipping Charges:

1. For a swift and secure delivery experience, users are advised to opt for prepaid shipping.
2. All Cash on Delivery (COD) orders might incur additional charges.
3. After placing a COD order, it’s mandatory for users to confirm the order via a telephone call. Absence of which may lead to the order’s cancellation or delay.
4. COD orders might experience delays following our standard procedures.
5. We offer free shipping for all prepaid orders. However, a nominal fee of INR 100/- is charged for COD orders up to INR 2000/-.

Checking Order Status:

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a notification email with a tracking number. Please wait for up to 48 hours for the tracking details to update. If you face any issues or haven’t received your order within 10 days from the shipping confirmation, please contact our Customer Care Manager.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges:

1. We strictly do not accept or refund any opened or used items.
2. In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please notify us as soon as possible. Include your order number and a photograph of the damaged item. Each case will be addressed individually, aiming for a mutually satisfactory solution.

International Shipping:

At the moment, we do not offer international shipping.
